What is a personal data and what is a processing of personal data?

Processing of personal data is everything that takes place with the personal data in our CRM system or through other digital tools listed in our cookie policy where you can refuse or accept various services. What personal data do we collect about you and why?

We mainly process your name, social security number, address and contact details, bank account for payment of wages and data that you have provided about your next of kin.

We process your personal data in order to be able to fulfill our obligations under our employment contract with you and to comply with regulations in law and collective agreements.

We do not share your private data with anyone unless you have agreed to do so through our cookie solution. In this case, your data may be shared with other digital services that require certain data in order to perform their services as intended. Operators who are independent controllers of personal data

We also share your personal data with certain other parties who are independent data controllers, such as authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency, when we are obliged to disclose such data based on law or authority decisions. How long do we store your personal data?

If you are a customer of ours, we save your company data in order to communicate with you in our CRM system. We never save your personal data longer than is necessary for the respective purposes. For example, some data in the accounts need to be kept for at least seven years due to legislation.

Under current legislation (GDPR), you have a number of rights. You have the right to receive an extract showing what personal data we have registered about you. You can request the rectification of incorrect data and, in some cases, erasure of the data we hold.
